		<description><![CDATA[Definitely still a VERY active week - way to keep it going even without running!! Where do you bike?? I don&#039;t even own a bike, but would love to get one in the near future so I have at least one other option on non-running days (soooo not an elliptical fan. my feet go to sleep).

I use a foam roller constantly thanks to that first PT, though ... I&#039;m circus-freak flexible, which makes it hard to find a good stretch otherwise.]]></description>
